Department of Forestry and Wildlife Management

"It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Department of Forestry and Wildlife Management, Faculty of Agriculture, Bayero University, Kano. Department of Forestry and Wildlife Management is one of the young and promising Department in the Faculty of Agriculture. Established in 2016, with members comprising both academic and non-academic that are versatile in the field of Forestry, wildlife and related disciplines. It has a well-equipped infrastructure such as Herbarium, Wood workshop, Science Lab, Museum and Nursery that are necessary for the training of manpower in Forestry, Wildlife and other related disciplines. Department secured full accreditation from the National Universities Commission (N.U.C.) in October, 2018."
